Goods will be supplied to you when we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received payment in full.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Very occasionally, a popular item shown as in stock may be unavailable when we process your order. If this happens we will let you know immediately. We are pleased to say that when you shop with us most products are available in the warehouse and will be delivered within 3-5 working days unless advised otherwise or if being sent outside the UK. All deliveries are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address to accept the goods, as a signature is normally required.
Whilst we try to display goods on our site that are held in stock, if the ordered goods are not available we will advise you of this as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be given the option of ordering an alternative product or receiving a full refund.
Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be sent out that day. However, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be sent out on a Monday, all subject to stock availability.
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
- Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or strike for which we will not be responsible.
- In order to place an order with Brand Streetwear you must be over 16 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you.

- If your order is accepted we will inform you by e-mail. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
- Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
All prices are in British Pounds. Brand Streetwear does not charge any customs duties to foreign destinations. However, if any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Brand Streetwear. While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order with Brand Streetwear.
