Brand Streetwear - Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions on the Brand Streetwear website. We ask you to please read through them carefully before placing your order. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you and any changes will apply to subsequent orders received.
Order confirmation
We can only accept your order once authorisation on your card has been obtained. You will then receive an order confirmation from us to the e-mail address you supplied.
Pricing and payment
The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order and will be clearly stated on your order confirmation with the following exception. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and will give you a full refund.
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, the purchase of Gift Cards, sale items, charity-related products or delivery charges, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Online orders must be paid for by credit/debit card. We accept Visa; MasterCard; Delta; and Electron.
All card payments made on our website are protected by a secure connection. This means that your credit card information is encrypted prior to being transferred to the bank for authorisation. We will only charge your credit card account when your order is on its way.
All goods will remain the property of Brand Streetwear until paid for in full.
Cancellation and amendments
You can cancel or change your order any time before delivery by calling our dedicated Customer Service team on 0131 555 5703 between 9am and 1pm. If your delivery has already been scheduled you can still make changes but we hope you understand that this means we may not be able to keep to the original scheduled delivery date.
Returns and refunds
We will always refund the full amount or exchange a product, provided these guidelines have been followed.
For obvious reasons we ask that all goods are returned in pristine condition, unused and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, if goods are returned without the original box or wrapping, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the value from your refund.
Please ensure you return any unwanted goods within 14 days.
You can post any item to: Brand Streetwear Ltd, 4 Royal Circus, Edinburgh, EH3 6SR. Please ensure full postage is paid or we reserve the right to deduct this from your refund.
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on certain products, unless faulty.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
In all cases, refunds will only be processed once the items have been received. A refund of the original delivery charge will only be given if the product is damaged, faulty or not as described.
Where a product is damaged, faulty or not as described, we will refund your original delivery charge. Where goods are unwanted we reserve the right to charge the delivery costs.
Refunds and exchanges will only be processed once items have been collected or received.
Product descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements and colours are accurate. Please note that goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic processes and variations in computer colour settings.

Security
We treat your personal information with the utmost respect and, it goes without saying, that the safety of your credit card details is paramount to us. As soon as you visit the checkout section, in other words before you enter any personal or payment details, your web browser will go into 'secure mode'. This means that all the information you type in will be encrypted - totally safe from the wrong eyes. As an added security measure, we do not store credit card details on our web server once the order has been placed.

We adhere strictly to the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998. If you have requested any services from us we will keep your personal data and we may use your name and contact details to inform you of other products and services that we offer. Rest assured, we will never pass on your details to another company.
