Delivery

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. All deliveries are made by Royal Mail, weekdays only between 9am-5pm. A signature is required. We will try our best to make special arrangements for you and if there is a problem with the date specified we will let you know. Please note, we cannot be held responsible if goods go missing when we have been instructed to leave them outside, or with a neighbour, in your absence.

United Kingdom: £3.40 delivery charge
European Union (EU): £5.00 Airmail
International (all other destinations): £8.00 Airmail

Exceptions

For Northern Ireland: please allow 4-5 working days for standard deliveries.

For the Highlands and Islands: please allow up to 5-6 working days for standard deliveries.

UK Bank Holidays (if applicable): please allow an extra working day for both standard and express deliveries.

Overseas Delivery Times

We aim to deliver within 7 working days following the date your order is placed.

You can call Customer Services between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods please return the items to us quoting your order number with the delivery note, in the original packaging, within seven days, quoting reason for the return. We will then issue a full refund if the goods are in a new, unused and re-sellable condition with all tags attached. Brand Streetwear Ltd will not accept returns on items that have been worn and tags removed. Please include with your return full details of what you are returning, and what you would like as a replacement.

If a product has a security seal, and it is broken, refunds cannot be made. We recommend that you retain all of the original packaging and tags until you are sure that you intend to keep the goods. Certain products cannot be returned, e.g. jewellery, underwear or swimwear. (Please note: Carriage costs will be refunded only if the item is faulty, or if it differs in any way from the advertised goods.)

When the product has reached us in an acceptable condition we will refund the amount you paid for the item (not including P & P) to your credit/debit card within 14 days.

Whilst we try to display goods that are held in stock, if the ordered goods are not available we will advise you of this as soon as reasonably possible. You will be given the option of ordering an alternative product or receiving a full refund.

You have the right cancel the contract and receive a refund. However, you must inform us if you wish to cancel within 7 days,. If you choose to cancel then the goods must be returned to us in their original unworn condition and with all packaging and tags, etc. intact, together with your receipt. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery service or a courier that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Brand Streetwear Ltd. Please note, we cannot be held responsible if goods go missing when we have been instructed to leave them outside, or with a neighbour, in your absence.

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
